OMG! OMG! OMG! This smells exactly like Anis de Flavigny — a traditional French candy made in a Benedictine monastery in Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, Burgundy, France. It smells so freaking good I swear I wanna eat my arms. Lol wow. Love it and will be buying more. It is paradise to me. I smell like my favorite candy! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
This attar has a delicate and beautiful fragrance. It's wonderfully true to the violet scent you would expect. Not the typical "flowery" scent, but sooo lovely, it's like "smelling light!" It doesn't have a lot of staying power, but one wouldn't expect that from such a delicate scent, and this might be good for those who prefer a lighter fragrance that doesn't linger so much. Perfect for spring and summer. Very intimate. I have to say that, having worked with artists who teach workshops, I know there are those who are sensitive to scents and don't like it when someone wears a fragrance in a group setting indoors. But these attars are different and do not have that perfumey thing that can really irritate people with a sensitive nose or sinus issues. If you don't like perfume but want to try a lighter scent, this beautiful violet attar might just be the one for you.
I had purchased the French Rose and Persian Rose drams as party favors for a tea party I was hosting. One of the attendees was a four-year-old girl and I thought that a roll-on would be easier for her to manage than the drams which have no stopper or regulator on them. Each place setting had a dozen roses with a custom 3D printed name tag and their pouch from Attar Bazaar. Her place setting had white roses and the pouch with the African Violet roll on. Everyone was so impressed with the scents. It was a delicious touch to a lovely afternoon. 🥰

I’ve been looking for this scent for a few years since my previous source changed her portfolio. I was worried this wouldn’t be the same, but this is exactly what I was looking for and I could not be happier!! I’m also appreciative of the small samples of other scents they provided in my order. I LOVE African Violet, however recently I bought the sense with a roll on applicator. It seems to really diffuse the smell, which I really like. I really can't smell it as much as I did before. I thought it might be nice having a roll on, because I could control the amount of the perfume that I put on my skin; however, I just can't enjoy the smell like I did before. On my next order I will buy more African Violet, but without the roll on feature.

The best representation of sweet violet smell I met so far. It’s definite but not sharp, lasts whole day, okay to wear at work and it’s just so beautiful! My husband hates parfumerie but he said it smells great. My daughter took one from me, I got another one again, going to get more in future))) Because of this smell I started to be a fan of Attar Bazaar
I love all of the oils that I have purchased, but the African Violet is my absolute favorite. Sweet, sensual and yet fresh. I could bathe in this! Thank you Attar Bazaar for providing these lovely, delicious, sultry fragrances. So mush better than the department store crap that is robbing your pocket books.

This is a very light smell to it - delicate and reminiscent of Victorian days. It doesn't last long which is a bummer but it does definitely add dimension to creating a new perfume.
Beautiful fresh violet scent. Fragrance lingers with just the smallest dab. After a few hours the fragrance mellows even more and opens to something even softer. I love this African Violet scent! 🙂Not overpowering in my perfume… soft and subtle. I’ve ordered before and will continue to. (However, the 4 samples I received were not the ones I requested. 😕)
